We visit (or review your photos) and, once we've seen the job in person, give you a clear, written, fixed-price quote — no hourly clock, no surprise disposal fees. Once it's in writing, the price won't change.
We start at the door, work to the back. You keep what you want; everything else goes into recycle / hazardous / dispose streams at the van.
Old fridges, freezers, tools and electricals recycled or disposed of correctly. Paint, oils, fuels and chemicals kept separate from general waste and disposed of responsibly. Nothing illegal goes in the back of the van.
Floor left tidy. Any oil patches or paint spills noted so you know the as-left state before any conversion or sale work.
Doors locked, keys returned, property left tidy. Where a property is being resold or re-let we can arrange cleaners to come in. SEPA waste transfer note available on request.

Typical single garage (16–18 m²): 2–4 hours for two crew. Tools, white goods, mowers and lawn equipment, paint and chemicals, old furniture, sports gear, and the inevitable 30+ year archive of paperwork in damp boxes. Floor left tidy on completion.
Double garages or detached workshops can hold 8–15 cubic metres of accumulated contents — 4–8 hours for crew of 3. Often contains car parts, motorcycle components, power tools and machinery requiring extra care for safe handling and correct scrap routing.
Garage being converted to living space (utility, gym, home office, granny annex)? We clear and tidy, and where required, lift any old shelving, workbenches and water-damaged plasterboard. Coordination with your converter so the trades can start the day after we leave.
Common finds: old motor oil, petrol cans, brake fluid, weed killer, paint, white spirit, creosote, motorcycle batteries, old fire extinguishers. We handle all domestic-quantity hazardous waste — kept separate from general waste and disposed of responsibly. The only things we can't take are car tyres and asbestos; asbestos needs a licensed specialist, and we're happy to point you in the right direction.
End-of-life cars and motorbikes need to be processed at an Authorised Treatment Facility under the End-of-Life Vehicles Regulations — we'll point you to a local ATF and coordinate the rest of the garage clearance around the vehicle removal. Loose car parts (panels, exhausts, engine blocks) we route to scrap.
